Microneedling

What is microneedling? How does it work?

Microneedling is based on the skin’s natural ability to repair itself.

Microneedling treatments involves introduction of fine needles on the skin and/or scalp to create superficial “micro-channels” to the outermost layer of the skin. Microneedling has been shown to reduce the visibility of acne scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, diminish hyperpigmentation, and improve skin tone and texture. This also promotes hair growth.

What to expect with microneedling?

This technique involves the introduction of multiple fine needles injections on the area(s) to be treated.

The purpose is to create micro-channels in the skin allowing the infusion of active ingredients (such as vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, Platelet Rich Plasma and others) to penetrate deeply and effectively into the dermis, nourishing the skin and stimulating the regrowth of collagen and also nourishing the hair follicles on the scalp to promotes hair growth.
